La policia puede entrar a su casa sin su permiso, si tienen una orden de allanamiento o es un caso de emergencia.

Si la policia dice que tienen una orden de allanamiento, pidale que le muestren la misma. Rivesela para estar seguro que la direccion es correcta.

  • Si usted es arrestado en su casa o su oficina, la policia puede revisarlo a usted al igual que sus alrededores, o donde se observe evidencia de actividad criminal.
